QC nozzles are ideal for gas conditioning applications because they produce a consistent and predictable droplet spectrum over a broad range of operating levels. Using an internal bypass system, QC nozzle lances can spray over a 10:1 flow range allowing just the right amount of cooling with total evaporation.

Constant spray droplet size
- Spray capacity can be controlled by only adjusting return pressure while keeping constant supply pressure.
- Spray capacity becomes maximized by fully closing return value and minimize by fully opening return valve. The turn-down ratio of spray capacity is 1:10.
Suitable when required larger spray capacity but minimal increase in spray droplet size.
