The company is established in year 1994 and mainly concentrated in supplying water treatment chemicals in the first 3 years and due to the many incoming inquiries of water quality monitoring instrument, we therefore diversify and set up a new department to serve the customers. Our total team 30 years in combination experience in this field enable us to penetrate and understand the market need and people well. Currently, we have more than 150 existing customers who are enjoying our high performance water treatment chemical service program. Most of them are small to medium size private industries. Meantime, our Monitoring department have also gained reputation from supplying sophisticated equipment and analyzers with back up service among all pollution related government departments. The Organization: We have divided the company into four departments: Staffs - Chemical Department : 11 - Monitoring and Control Department : 9 - Marketing Department : 3 - Central Administration Department : 7 Total 30 CHEMICAL DEPARTMENT Our core business from the beginning is water treatment chemicals as mentioned above which serving most of industries who have boiler, cooling and waste water treatment system. Most of chemicals are local blended by our toll manufacturer except biocide and waste water treatment chemicals e.g., flocculant. In year 2000, we were authorized exclusive distributor of water treatment chemical from Stockhaussen of Germany (now under the umbrella of Degussa Chemical). Chemicals for Stockhaussen are defoamer, flocculant, and polymers. All of our sales and service engineer are graduated either in chemistry, chemical engineering that qualify to serve and solve the in varying problem caused from water. Customers are widely spread, ranging from small industries, building to heavy industries, water work authorities and municipal waste water treatment plants. In term of number of accounts, the small to medium size customers are representing almost 90% of total 152 customers. MONITORING AND CONTROL DEPARTMENT: In order to extend our business line and activities in process and environmental monitoring and control which we felt that there is a huge potential in the near future encouraged by the new environmental law and the requirement of ISO 14000. The company was then set up a new department to handle the monitoring and controlling equipment which focusing in high quality and higher technology products. The monitoring and control equipment?s department are now consisting of total 9 staffs which comprised of 4 sales engineers, 1 technical engineer, 2 services engineers, 1 department manager and one secretary. Market Coverage: Our sales force with the marketing support are spreading to cover almost every market segments: - Government Organization - Consultants - Contractors - Universities - Heavy Industries e.g.; petrochemical, refinery, steel, pulp paper, chemical and food industries Marketing Strategies: As the monitoring and control equipment are widely required for various applications from process to environmental related system, from private companies to the government projects, from small projects to mega-projects.
