Short Description :

The POSI-LOCK is a mechanical-type shaft lock joint. Fasting of clamping bolt produces a wedge effect to perfectly fasten a shaft and hub. The PSL-K type with a small inner and outer diameter ratio of the sleeve to reduce diameters of parts, PSL-G type for a general specification and PSL-D type designed for a medium load with a small surface pressure to reduce diameters and weight of mounted part are available. Also, a large variety of specifications such as simple antirust with electroless nickel plating or stainless steel specification are available.

PSL-K Type

The PSL-K type is a mechanical-type shaft lock joint. By fastening the clamping bolt, the outer sleeve moves in an axial direction. At this time, a force that pushes the inner surface of hub and shaft is generated by the wedge effect of the inner sleeve and taper surface to perfectly fasten a shaft and hub. The wedge effect is augmented by the inner sleeve groove to achieve high transmission torque. The Standard PSL-K is a steel specification.

PSL-K-B Type
